Edit: 3:20 the main has been repaired and we are flushing that area. Customers should begin getting water back now. Please remember water may be milky looking for a few days due to air in the lines. If you see our crew out, be sure to thank them for all their hard work on these hot days!

Anyone else having a Monday where your coffee needs coffee? 🤪 ☕️

We are having an issue with our billing software which means the payment portal is down for customers and we are unable to look up customer information. We apologize for the inconvenience and are hopeful they will get the issue resolved quickly!!

Yesterday staff received training from Kentucky Rural Water Association . Staff attended required training on confined spaces and other safety related items, as well as GIS and technology and regulatory updates.

We strive to keep our staff safe while maintaining quality water and wastewater services for our communities!
