Location: Fayetteville, AR
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
We are a local leader in the hardwood industry, known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We’re seeking are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage customer relationships, support sales growth, and oversee sales-related office programs and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow distribution sales relationships.
Develop and implement office programs to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and follow ups.
Prepare quotes, pricing and documentation, coordinate orders with production and design teams
Develop and implement sales programs and internal office processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to create sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term growth
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, account management, territory sales, or office program coordination
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or distribution preferred but not required
