How Genesis Employment Services Works With Ticket To Work Clients

The first step is to have a brief consultation with Genesis Employment Services (GES) to determine if working together is the right fit. If both parties agree to move forward, then we will complete your Individual Work Plan (IWP) report, which outlines your short-term and long-term goals, the supports and services that GES agrees to provide you, etc. Once that report is completed and signed by both parties, your ticket can be officially assigned to GES.

We can then proceed with providing the necessary training, tools, and resources to help you find employment. Once you’re placed in a job, GES will provide you with ongoing support to ensure that you’re stable and successful in the job and that any necessary supports and/or accommodations are in place. We may also assist you with career advancement, if and when it makes sense.
