Essential Functions and Responsibilities.

· Answering incoming calls and returning phone messages in a timely manner.
· Send routine information by phone, text, or email correspondence in relation to job orders, customer information, or external employee requests.
· Entering information into the database to create customer and employee files.
· Engage with external employees daily to maintain the branch’s commitment to filling job orders.
· Establish and maintain positive work-appropriate relationships both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality of customer service to employees, customers, and vendors.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

· General Knowledge of Technology.
· Understanding of Google Suite & Microsoft Office programs.
· Typing with accuracy and proficiency.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent Customer service skills.
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
