Our Founder and Chair, Jerry Sheppard, was featured in CIO Magazine in 2000, and shared that "Major corporations have to join hands with schools and provide them with resources such as computers, internet access, and better training to get more minorities in the (tech) industry."

By collaborating with the communities where we live and work, we can significantly shape the future of the workforce.
