🔐 Teamwork put to the test! 🗝️

Last week, our Talent on the WTC (Warranty Technical Center) team in Fountain Valley, CA, along with Employee Relations Representative Andrea Orozco Martinez, stepped away from the daily routine for a fun team-building challenge at a local escape room! ⏱️

With just 60 minutes to break out of prison, they had to put their communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work. 🧩🤝

There were plenty of laughs along the way, but the experience was also a great reminder of what makes a strong team: working together, supporting one another, and staying focused on a common goal. 💪✨

What a fun way to strengthen connections and celebrate the positive team culture that helps make this team successful. Thank you to everyone who joined and spent time with us! 🎉🔓

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Sara L, a talented and dedicated member of our team supporting a customer in Fountain Valley, California, as a Prior Approval/Post Claim Review Agent! 🎉

Since joining the team in September 2025, Sara has brought her experience, passion, and commitment to everything she does. She loves that her role keeps her alert, her mind sharp, and always learning something new. As Sara puts it, there’s never a dull moment! 💡

Sara’s automotive journey began as a technician, driven by her desire to make a difference after witnessing women being taken advantage of in the automotive industry. She wanted to be in a position to help—and she certainly did!

One of Sara’s proudest accomplishments was owning and operating her own automotive business before moving to the United States. Her mission was to give women the comfort, confidence, and peace of mind they deserved when it came to automotive repairs and services. What an incredible example of turning passion into purpose! 👏

🔧🚗 WE’RE HIRING: FABRICATION TECHNICIAN – VEHICLE UPGRADES & RESTORATION!

📍 Location: On-site in Batavia, Ohio
🕒 Position: Full-Time | Hourly

Do you love building things nobody else can? 🔥

We’re looking for a skilled Fabrication Technician who lives and breathes automotive work and is ready to take their career to the next level!

No two days are the same. One day, you could be building a custom bumper; the next, fabricating a roll cage, exhaust system, or other one-of-a-kind automotive component. If you enjoy turning ideas into reality through expert welding and fabrication, this could be the opportunity for you!

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Fabricate custom automotive parts and structures by cutting, bending, welding, and assembling sheet metal and pipe to specifications.
- Weld and fabricate gas tanks, suspension components, bumpers, air intake boxes, engine mounts, and custom transmission crossmembers.
- Build roll cages, rock sliders, custom crossmembers, straps, and other specialized automotive components.
- Fabricate and assemble custom exhaust systems.
- Read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and bring custom automotive projects to life.

🔩 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
- Hands-on experience in automotive fabrication, welding, and sheet metal work.
- A solid understanding of automotive mechanical principles and the math needed for accurate measurements.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- A passion for quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and creating custom solutions.

⭐ EXTRA POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Plasma table experience.
- Custom exhaust fabrication experience.

💻 You'll work remotely
📍 Travel onsite to customers in the Metro Detroit area and into the Southfield, MI office on occasion

What You’ll Do:
● Work hand-in-hand with our sales team and clients to tackle their toughest hiring needs
● Identify, screen, and interview top automotive engineers and technicians
● Check references and submit polished resumes
● Schedule interviews and gather feedback
● Extend offers, celebrate start dates, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

What You Bring:
● 1–3 years of Engineering/Technician recruiting experience, ideally automotive background
● Savvy with job boards, advanced search, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
● Local to Metro Detroit for occasional onsite visits
