HR New Hire, LLC is a payroll service bureau servicing clients in the mid-south by performing various payroll and HR functions. We have an immediate opening for a full time (or we will consider part time also) Accounting/Payroll Specialist.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
• Performing basic, intermediary, and some advanced accounting related to AP, AR and Payroll.
• Payroll processing via specialized software.
• Assist with month end, quarterly, and year end reconciliations.
• Assist with special accounting projects.
• Payroll tax remittance to the Federal Reserve.
• Assist with audits.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and their employees including data entry.
• General office duties.
Work hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Work location is right off I55 and Stateline near Library in Southaven, MS.
