🚀 We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Remote | LATAM Talent)
We’re currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing U.S.-based company. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing calendars, organizing communications, handling data entry, and supporting different areas of the business with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping the team stay aligned, efficient, and focused on growth.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and professional communication in English. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and general admin platforms is highly valued.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
Managing calendars, scheduling, and email communication
Supporting internal operations and coordination across teams
Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with reporting, documentation, and task follow-ups
🎯 What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently
Fluent English (written and spoken)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday (U.S. business hours)
💰 Compensation: $5–$7 USD/hour (based on experience)
🌎 Location: 100% Remote
