Administrative Assistant & Social Media Support (Part-Time | Remote)

We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with social media support experience to assist the daily operations of a growing U.S.-based organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and helping maintain an active online presence.

This position will begin as part-time with strong potential to transition into a full-time role within approximately 3 months based on performance and business needs.

Position Details
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Compensation: $6 USD/hour
Growth Opportunity: Potential transition to full-time within 3 months
Location: Remote | El Salvador
U.S. business hours availability required

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and administrative coordination
Handle email management and internal communications
Assist with onboarding and operational support tasks
Maintain organized digital records and CRM updates
Support follow-ups and general administrative workflows
Create and schedule social media posts
Assist with basic content organization and engagement
Coordinate updates for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Help maintain brand consistency across communications and social media.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Experience supporting or managing social media accounts
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
High attention to detail and professionalism
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus
CRM or scheduling software experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, nonprofit, or professional service organizations
Basic understanding of social media engagement and content management
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication mindset
Equipment & Technical Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Personal laptop/computer
Quiet workspace for meetings and calls
