Join us in congratulating Elijah on a successful internship with the Ari Walsh team! It was a pleasure having him and we wish him the best this school year!
Read what Elijah had to say about his time with Ari Walsh:
"As I wrap up my internship at Ari Walsh, I’ve been reflecting on how much I’ve learned and how much I’ve enjoyed the experience.
Throughout my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of recruiting and staffing verticals, from high-volume searches to executive-level recruiting. I gained hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline development, and client-facing recruiting while learning how to identify the right talent for a variety of hiring needs.
I’m especially proud to have made two placements during my internship and to have had the opportunity to contribute to searches that ultimately helped connect people with new career opportunities. One of the most rewarding parts of recruiting is being the person who gets to tell someone that they have a new opportunity that could genuinely improve their career and their life.
I also had the opportunity to sit in on numerous meetings with clients and prospective clients, gaining valuable insight into the business development side of staffing and how strong recruiting partnerships are built.
Most importantly, I had the chance to learn from a team of staffing professionals operating at an extremely high level every day. Their knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to teach me pushed me to improve and gave me a much better understanding of what it takes to succeed in this industry.
I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, the people I’ve worked with, and the opportunity to contribute to the team in any way I could. I’ve learned a tremendous amount, developed skills that I’ll carry forward, and gained a much deeper appreciation for the impact that great recruiting can have on both companies and candidates.
Thank you to everyone at Ari Walsh who made this experience such a valuable one. I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned here into the next chapter of my career."
