There are some people behind the scenes who keep everything moving, and Alexis is absolutely one of those people. 💚💙
Alexis is the person responsible for entering and processing our payroll — which means, quite literally, without her, none of us are getting paid! 😂 But what she brings to United Talent goes far beyond payroll.
She does all the things that keep our Support Teams functioning. She makes sure people have what they need, answers questions, solves problems, jumps in wherever there is a need, and somehow manages to do it all with a smile and with kindness.
If you need help, Alexis is there.
If you're trying to figure something out, Alexis will help you find the answer.
If something needs to get done... chances are Alexis has either already handled it or is about to. ❤️
And while her official role may be on the Support side, she's also been known to jump over and help Operations a time or two... or twenty! 😄 She's truly one of those people who doesn't worry about whether something is technically "her job." If the team needs help, she helps.

For nine years, Jess has been the one keeping all of us on track, auditing the details, and making sure we stay compliant and doing things the right way. She catches the things the rest of us might miss, picks up all the things that need to get done, and somehow manages to keep every ball in the air without missing a beat. She truly is our master juggler! 🤹‍♀️
