The latest jobs data is in. Here’s what stood out in the February report.

Total nonfarm payroll employment declined by 92,000 jobs, while average hourly earnings increased $0.15 to $37.32, continuing steady wage growth over the past year. The unemployment level remained relatively stable, with 7.6 million people currently unemployed, including 1.9 million long-term unemployed.
