You’ll work alongside RNs to care for ill or injured residents, administer and document medications, provide injections and G-tube care, collect medical information and monitor vital signs.

Qualified candidates must have an LPN diploma and a valid license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or another state participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance are also required.
