This one's for the doer. A private family needs a hands-on, highly organized House Manager to run day-to-day operations for their large residential property, with extra responsibility during the stretches the family spends at their other home.

This is a live-out, doer-focused role. Think vendor coordination, light repairs and handyman work, vehicle rotation, boat upkeep, security checks, and leading organizational projects around the property. No staff supervision here (housekeeping is separate), just full ownership of the property itself.

We're looking for someone calm, discreet, and proactive. Someone who doesn't need to be managed, who solves problems before they're asked to, and who can be trusted implicitly in a high-profile household.

Several years of relevant experience required, ideally in similarly private homes. Comfortable around pets. Some flexibility for early vendor meetings.
