Qualifications Include:
*At least 2 years’ experience in casual dining management as an assistant restaurant manager
*Accustomed to mid to high volume sales ($2.5-$3 million per year / $50,000 weekly)
*Experienced in leading at least 30 employees
*Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
*Must possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
