Front Office Administrator for a leading automotive service provider in Slidell, LA. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and basic service coordination. If youβre organized, personable, and skilled at multitasking, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday β Friday | 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments, meetings, and service repairs
Write and process repair orders (ROs); enter data into service systems
Verify service contract or warranty coverage
Assist with customer communications regarding estimates, repairs, and timelines
Coordinate vehicle inspections and service logistics (e.g., towing, temp transportation)
Maintain customer records and ensure service follow-up
Organize documents for billing, reporting, and inventory tracking
Support HR functions and assist management with administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and support travel/event coordination
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in an administrative, customer service, or service writer role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with variable weather and noise levels
Must be highly organized, professional, and customer-service oriented
