Reliable Semi truck washer and service tech with good work history! CDL is necessary as you must be able to back up a trailer into the wash bay and wash them. Some training is provided. Please apply if you have experience handling large equipment, have mechanical skills and experience.
• Fuel trucks
• Document gallons
• Check oil
• Move the trucks
• Wash dirty trailer
• S**g units used to wash trailer
• Get the trailer, wash them out and move them back in line
• Make sure trucks are plugged back in

We are looking for two people who will become part of a two man delivery team working together to delivery gypsum wallboard and metal framing. You must be able to lift heavy object and move them around the job site.
The work schedule is M-F, 6:30am to 5pm (day end depends on delivery schedule.)
Qualified candidates MUST have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a clean background.

Steel toe boots are required.

Pay: $14.00/hr

Our client is expanding his Mortgage Loan Office. They will be hiring Loan Officers, Loan Processors and clerical support people. The client is expanding in Sioux Falls and the four-state area – Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa.

Loan Officer:
• Meet with clients and determine needs and recommend the right loan product to help meet their goals
• Maintain active knowledge base of all organizations loan products and understand the qualifications required
• Identify and recommend products that meet the customer needs and organization’s lending guidelines
• Review active loan files to determine if any documents are missing what can be done to move process along
• Utilize judgement to determine which borrowers represent good risk opportunities
• In depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.

Loan Processor:
• FHA loan processing experience
• Knowledge of underwriting terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends

The company is willing to train persons with insurance background, real estate or finance. Bachelor degree preferred.
