BOOST GO - Sioux City Education, Training, and Employment Opportunities for Eligible 18-24 year olds U.S. The Federal award provides 100% of the funding for this program.

BOOST GO is a program funded by the Department of Labor to address employment barriers that hinder financial stability and long term success. This program is powered by SHIP and is a proud partner of several area businesses and agencies. We work with 18-24 yr olds that meet certain eligibility requirements, such as past or present justice system involvement, IEP while in school, ADHD diagnosis and

more. Our Case Managers assist participants to explore career paths, complete or further their education, obtain trainings that will lead to higher paying positions, find employment, and work to overcome any barriers to their goals. Our grant allows us to offer financial assistance for education, trainings and work related needs such as tools, work clothing, and more. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration funding to the BOOST GO program totals $1,999,992.00.
