Location: Natchitoches, LA
Snelling is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join a growing healthcare team in Natchitoches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and supports both clinical and administrative operations.

Schedule:
Mon & Wed: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tue & Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
32 hours per week
Background check and drug screening required
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients and take vital signs
Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures

Document patient information in EMR/EHR systems
Schedule appointments and manage patient calls
Verify insurance and collect payments
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Provide professional, compassionate patient support

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) preferred or willingness to obtain
Current BLS/CPR certification
1+ year of clinical or healthcare experience preferred
EMR/EHR experience
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

🧰 What we’re looking for:
✔️ ASE or manufacturer certifications (Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ford, Dodge, etc.) preferred
✔️ Own tools
✔️ Strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills
✔️ Extensive 12-volt wiring experience
✔️ Team player with a strong work ethic
✔️ Reliable and detail-oriented
