NOW HIRING: FABRICATION MANAGER

We’re recruiting an experienced Fabrication Manager for a local customer and are looking to fill the position quickly.

- Pay: $25–$28/hr, based on experience
- Full-Time

We’re looking for someone with:

🔹 Strong fabrication and welding experience
🔹 CNC equipment operation, setup & calibration experience
🔹 Personnel management and team leadership experience
🔹 Production scheduling and workflow management
🔹 Inventory and material management experience
🔹 Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication and organizational skills
🔹 Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
🔹 Ability to manage changing priorities and keep production on schedule

Experience in automotive, off-road, powersports, motorsports, or custom fabrication is a big plus.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced fabricator who is ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of day-to-day production.

Snelling Staffing of Shreveport is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a solar panel distribution project in the Shreveport area.

This is a full-time, temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months, with 40 hours per week.

Qualified candidates must have:
• Proven experience operating an 8,000 lb. sit-down forklift
• Experience handling oversized and fragile materials
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Experience using scan guns and handheld inventory devices
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Experience handling solar panels, glass products, or other fragile materials is a plus.

Background check and drug screening required.
