1st Shift: Flexible start times — option for 4/10s or 5/8s
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Compensation & Incentives:
Up to $45/hr depending on experience
Up to 25% Year-End Profit Sharing (paid after one year)

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Mill/Turn machines, primarily Index dual- and tri‑turret equipment
Perform full machine setups: speeds/feeds, G & M code edits, tool changes, setting blocks, and adjusting parameters.

I am exited to announce that I have decided to make a shift in my career by accepting an offer to become a recruiter for Aerotek at their Shoreview location. This does come with some sorrow as this means my wonderful time at Hoffman Weber Construction will have to come to an end. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for getting to work with so many amazing and talented professional but more importantly some great people! Without my acquired skills and experience at HWC I would not be a position to be qualified for such an amazing opportunity. I am incredibly grateful for my friends that push me to be my best and give me a great network of people I can inspire to be. I am thankful for my family for being so supportive through this process. And I cannot wait to get started so I can learn and grow along side an amazing team and help people, while ultimately providing my daughter the quality life she deserves and continue to make memories with her.

TARTAN WRESTLING HISTORY WAS MADE!!! Our Senior, Del, punched her ticket to compete at the Minnesota State Tournament at the Xcel Energy Center in March!!! This makes her the first ever girl in program history to earn a spot at the State Tournament.

We also had one of our wrestlers, Shianne, use her incredible art skills to create and propose a couple designs for our lady wrestlers. Could make one heck of a t-shirt design!
