Responsibilities:
Operate the press brake machine.
Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
Checks height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
Work with tight tolerances.
Produce parts for assembly operations.
Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
Perform spot inspections of parts.
Complete and maintain paperwork.
Identify assembly parts.
What we look for:
2-3 Years Experience as a Press Brake Operator
Attention to detail
Ability to lift 25lbs consistently, and 50lbs as needed.
Duties:
Lays out or details the layout of work stock from blueprints or templates.
Plans the sequence of operations, applying knowledge of the physical properties of metal.
Working well with others with limited supervision.
Setting up and operating several types of hydraulic press brakes.
Setting up and operating notches, rolls, and hardware machines.
