Ballard Family Chiropractic is hiring a Front Desk & Clinic Operations Coordinator — a key role for someone who is warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and takes pride in reliable follow-through.

This is more than a typical receptionist position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the practice owner to help create an exceptional experience for every patient. Your role will be essential to the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that systems run smoothly, patients feel cared for, and the practice continues to grow and thrive.

The role
Patient Experience
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming clinic environment
- Answer phones, texts, and emails with care and professionalism
- Manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently
- Discuss care plans and collect payments confidently
- Help patients understand care plans and feel supported in their wellness journey

Operations & Growth
- Track clinic statistics and performance metrics
- Manage recall and follow-up systems to protect visit volume
- Monitor schedule gaps and proactively reschedule
- Manage inventory and supplement ordering
- Maintain an organized, clean clinic environment
- Help refine systems and improve office procedures
- Help train future team members as the clinic grows

The ideal candidate

Compensation & benefits
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and responsibility level

Performance bonuses available after training, tied to clear measurable outcomes such as reducing unscheduled patients, maintaining strong collection accuracy, and supporting clinic systems well.

Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Part-Time Independent Contractor
Assumption, IL

Grey House Goods and DOMAS Studio are looking for a creative storyteller to help capture and share the life of two growing businesses.

This position supports both companies and offers a unique variety of work. One day you may be photographing a new apparel collection at Grey House Goods. The next, you may be capturing a sold-out ceramics workshop, a summer camp, or a community event at DOMAS Studio.

Position Details

• 8–12 hours per week combined
• Independent contractor position
• $20–25 per hour
• Paid separately by each business, as Grey House Goods and DOMAS Studio are separate corporations
• Flexible schedule
• Primarily local/on-site with the ability to complete much of the work independently

Responsibilities

• Photography of products, classes, workshops, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Capture content during classes and community events when available
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Build awareness campaigns for classes, events, workshops, and product launches
• Create Instagram and Facebook Stories
• Create short-form video and Reels content
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Help communicate the mission, values, and personality of both businesses
• Create simple graphics and marketing materials as needed

Platforms

Both businesses primarily use Instagram and Facebook. Familiarity with creating content, scheduling posts, navigating platform trends, utilizing Stories and Reels, and understanding audience engagement on these platforms is highly preferred.

Equipment

• Use your own camera or phone
• Access to a Nikon D40 is available if desired
