We are looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer to join our team in Westland, MI and lead key procurement initiatives in collaboration with our global strategy managers!

💰 The Package
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 / year
Location: Westland, MI (On-site / Manufacturing environment)

Impact: High-visibility role leading multi-sourcing and capital projects

🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Senior Strategic Buyer, you will manage direct materials, capital equipment, and services while driving operational excellence:
Strategic Sourcing: Conduct deep market research to onboard alternative suppliers, mitigate risks, and enhance our preferred supplier portfolio.
Tough Negotiations: Lead target-driven negotiations with key suppliers to secure optimal terms, quality, and competitiveness.
Project Leadership: Act as the procurement lead for complex capital projects, cross-functional initiatives, and new product launches (including supplier APQP).
Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven problem-solving methods to optimize inventory, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure uninterrupted production.

📋 What We’re Looking For
Experience: 7–10 years of procurement experience specifically within the chemical, process, or automotive manufacturing industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Proven success in complex negotiations, cross-functional project management, and ERP systems.
Mindset: A resilient, commercially astute strategic thinker who thrives under high operational pressure.
Pluses: CIPS, CIPP, or CPSM certifications; German language skills are a strong plus!

We are looking for 36 test drivers and 30 Radio/infotainment testers in Dearborn, MI.
Monday - Friday
1st Shift - 4:00 am - 12:30 pm – 10 Drivers
2nd Shift - 4:00 pm - 12:30 am – 10 Drivers
Saturday and Sunday (Weekend)
7:00 am - 3:30 pm – 10 Drivers
Type of Drivers – Regular Durability Driver (no additional qualifications at this time)
Pay Rate – $16.00 per hour CDL will pay $20-22. Please share!
