Edward (Ed) Baiden Appointed President and CEO of Nazdar

Today, we announce the appointment of Ed Baiden as President and CEO, effective September 8, 2026.

Bringing more than 25 years of global leadership experience across industrial and specialty materials businesses, Ed joins Nazdar following leadership roles at W. R. Grace, PPG, DuPont, and GE. His track record of driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading high-performing global organizations aligns closely with Nazdar's commitment to innovation, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

As we look ahead, we remain focused on delivering exceptional value for our customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders. Building on a century-long legacy, Nazdar is well positioned to continue advancing its strategic vision, strengthening its portfolio, and pursuing long-term growth opportunities across the global printing industry.
