🏗️ Now Hiring: Regional Director of Facilities Management – High-Rise Portfolio (DFW/Fort Worth) 🏙️

Are you a facilities expert with high-rise mechanical experience and a passion for training, operations, and project management? Do you have experience managing multiple properties and leading teams to optimize building performance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee 24 high-rise properties across DFW and Fort Worth
✅ Train and support facility managers at each site to ensure best practices
✅ Lead preventative maintenance programs to enhance safety and efficiency
✅ Manage vendor selection, bidding, and contract negotiations
✅ Ensure code compliance, OSHA regulations, and inspections are up to date
✅ Develop and execute capital improvement projects
✅ Implement cost-saving strategies in utility and procurement management

💡 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of high-rise facilities management experience (10+ preferred)
🔹 Strong mechanical knowledge (HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing)
🔹 Experience managing a portfolio of properties (commercial or residential)
🔹 Project management expertise – leading renovations and capital projects
🔹 Proven ability to train and develop facility teams
🔹 HVAC certification

💰 Compensation & Perks:
💵 $80,000 – $95,000/year
