Sydney will attend the University of Michigan to study engineering as she begins her path toward service as a future Navy officer. Her achievement reflects hard work, academic excellence and the leadership potential the Navy looks for in its next generation of officers.

Bravo Zulu to Ryan Anderson during this year’s NROTC Week.

Ryan is graduating from Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor and will attend the University of Washington. Thanks to his NROTC scholarship, his college tuition is covered and he will receive a stipend as he prepares for a future as a Navy officer.
