Sales Manager – Oncology
The Sales Manager leads a high-performing Oncology sales team focused on selling into the IDN network including Hospital, Cancer Centers, and large Medical Groups. This role drives new ARR growth, accelerates adoption of advanced treatments to expand strategic partnerships.
*Key Responsibilities -Leadership, Team Management, and Culture Creation:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team from diverse segment background including MedTech, HealthTech, and Oncology
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct deal reviews, forecasting, and field coaching
- Coach, mentor, train, and upskill
- Attend conferences and onsite/virtual meetings with clients and prospects meetings
*Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Deliver revenue goals
- Build and execute GTM strategies.
- Drive territory planning and account segmentation.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns
*Customer & Market Engagement
- Lead executive-level conversations with Client and Prospect Leadership teams and decision makers
- Navigate the hospital procurement cycle and budget cycles
- Build long-term C-suite and departmental relationships
*Experience
- 5+ years of Onco-tech sales success and 3+ years of team leadership
- Experience selling into the IDN network
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas
*Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in enterprise sales strategy
- Strong coaching and communication ability.
- Skilled at educating stakeholders from end users to C-suite
*Education
- Bachelor’s required; MBA or technical/clinical background preferred
