The Winter Storm Restoration Project participants are part of a select group working to restore hiking trails and campgrounds by clearing falling trees and clearing out creeks/streams at Monterey County and California State Parks!



Here they are continuing to make an impact by clearing out the Hatton Canyon Trail for residents to enjoy.

The State of California has allocated $600 million to go to California's Community Economic Resilience Fund (CERF) which will build an inclusive and equitable local economy. First 5 Monterey County supported Building Healthy Communities to host listening sessions that will help inform the Economic Development Plan. We hope to help focus on capturing the voice of families with children ages 0-5. Learn more about CERF in our bio.
