We’re looking for reliable, hardworking General Cleaners to help keep an assigned school facility clean, safe, and welcoming. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required!

What you'll do:
✅ Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust & maintain floors
✅ Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms
✅ Remove trash and recycling
✅ Clean desks, furniture, glass, doors, countertops & other surfaces
✅ Maintain entryways and surrounding areas
✅ Perform carpet and floor care as needed
✅ Follow cleaning and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

Hot take: "Operator" might be the least useful word in manufacturing hiring.

It covers everything from loading material to running statistical process control. And as reshoring brings new equipment online, the gap between those two jobs keeps growing.

That's a real problem for expansion plans. You can buy the production cell. You can't buy people who already know how to run it. And if the job title is all a recruiter has to go on, the wrong candidates show up.

The fix is a skills-based profile. It spells out what the role requires:

🛠️ Equipment, tools, and materials
📄 Reading, measurement, and documentation needs
✨ Quality decisions the person can make alone
💬 How much troubleshooting is expected
