Two years ago, Andrew registered with Aviation Personnel International.

At the time, he was exploring an unadvertised maintenance technician role with one of our clients.

After discussing his long-term career goals with the API team, he ultimately decided the opportunity wasn’t the right fit.

Today, Andrew is thriving in his dream job as Director of Maintenance for a dynamic Part 91 flight department in support of a family office.
