Pay Rate: $15/hr.

The Cycle Count Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing routine cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring inventory records match physical inventory within the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory in assigned warehouse location
Document count results and report findings to management.
Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory processes.
Work closely with receiving and shipping departments to resolve inventory issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as required.
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating policies.
Support general warehouse duties as needed, including product verification, stocking, and organization.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous warehouse or inventory control experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Schedule:
M-Thursday 8:30a-3:30p and Friday 8:30a-3:00p

Pay Rate: $15/hr.

Position Overview
The Shipping Clerk supports daily shipping operations, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains quality and workflow across the warehouse. This role requires strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and occasional forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities
Driver Check‑In — Greet and check in drivers at the shipping door using both a clipboard log and digital spreadsheet.

BOL Management — Print Bills of Lading (BOLs) for Vigo shipments and ensure all required documentation is prepared.

Quality Walkthroughs — Walk the production floor to verify product quality and correct labeling before shipping.

End‑of‑Day Location Checks — Confirm all product locations are cleared and no lingering items remain.

Load Closing — Physically close out all shipped loads and ensure system accuracy.

WMS Usage — Learn and operate the company’s Warehouse Management System; computer literacy is required.

Forklift Operation — Operate a sit‑down forklift as needed during high‑volume periods or when covering for absent team members.

Position Summary
The CSR is responsible for all customer service activities including responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts, and resolving issues in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. This role partners closely with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, routing, shipments, and inventory in a professional manner
Accurately process and input customer orders
Prepare routing information, schedule carrier appointments, and create shipping documents
Generate inventory and product availability reports
Maintain and produce all required paperwork for customer orders
Coordinate rush and last-minute shipping requests with internal teams
Follow up with departments to ensure service standards are met
Verify and ensure proper invoicing of accounts
Provide shipment tracking and updates to customers
Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management
Act as liaison between customers and warehouse operations
Maintain organized files for orders and inbound shipments
