GHR Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Psychologists for 13-week contracted locums assignments working in a Corrections Facility. This is an opportunity to gain clinical experience in a new setting, while helping to serve an often forgotten about population. This is a multidisciplinary approach to patient services and the Psychologist will work with an interdisciplinary care team.

Scope of Work:
· Provides treatment to inmates by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
· Makes regular rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and mental health treatment needs.
· Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques by way of treatments and activities used for individuals in caseload.
· Provides appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and confrontation avoidance interventions to address the needs of inmates in crisis.
· Consults with psychiatry, mental health, nursing, medical, educational, chaplain, security staff, and others, as applicable to gather information and understanding into the reasons for the escalation of problems behaviors and changes in mental health condition of inmates.

Details:
· Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour day shifts.
· Pay: Local pay rate $90-100/HR
· Travel Pay Packages available with tax free stipend for candidates outside of a 50 mile radius
· Up to $3,000 per week total compensation
· Weekly Direct Deposit

Requirements:
· Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Doctoral degree in Psychology.
· Must possess a current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Ohio

Work Schedule:

Quarterly 10% bonus

Qualifications:
Must possess an unrestricted, active NP license in the state of Oregon.

Board certification is mandatory.

Minimum of 1 year of NP experience.

Our high-profile client is currently seeking a skilled, full-time, Field Based RN in the Greater Philadelphia area!

Field patient care role. Primarily responsible for conducting home visits, nursing assessments, patient triage, care coordination, and patient/family education for the members assigned to the provider. Field RN supports providers and their respective patients, and also addresses client-facing needs per POD/market.

Responsibilities:
· Systematically assesses patients’ actual or potential health care needs, prioritizes their urgency and uses creative and effective problem solving/decision making while recommending an appropriate disposition per clinician and protocol direction.
· Documents nursing assessment, planning, implementation in the electronic health record. Documentation is timely and in accordance with policy. Evaluates the patients’ and family’s response to teaching. Documentation includes presenting problem, nursing assessment interventions, education and patients’ response to interventions/treatments and education.
· Makes follow-up telephone calls to patients and referrals as appropriate.
· Provide telephonic nursing assessment and triage supported by triage protocols. This includes, timely and accurate triage

Requirements:
· Active, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania
· Ability to obtain compact license and/or additional state licensure as needed
· 3 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse - Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and strong technical aptitude
· EMR experience and proficiency
· BSN or ADN degree

Preferred background:
