Aztec Labor joined industry leaders at the Seasonal Employment Alliance’s Fall Strategy Session at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia last week to discuss the future of H-2B and the challenges facing seasonal employers.

Conversations focused on FY2027 planning, proposed cap relief including the Certified Seasonal Employer language, processing updates, and advocacy for a more predictable workforce. Employers need workers when their season begins—and greater certainty to plan for growth.
