Manufacturing Associate – $21/hr.

shifts available:

- Graveyard : 8PM-4:30AM + 20% Shift Differential

- Swing: 2:30pm-11:00PM + 10% Shift Differential

Duties Include:

Packaging in a cleanroom
Masking/taping products
Wiring and racking parts
Dipping and spraying products in chemical baths
Metal plating: Nickel, Copper, Gold, Silver
Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Manufacturing experience preferred
Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable wearing PPE
Willing to learn different roles

Base Rate: $21/hour
Swing Shift: $21/hour + 10% shift differential = $23.10/hour
Graveyard Shift: $21/hour + 20% shift differential= $25.20/ hour

QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
6 months–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable and dependable

We are currently hiring for Production Workers!

Shifts available:
6:30AM-3:00PM
2:30PM- 11:00PM

Pay rate: $23-$24
Location: San Jose, Ca

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble products in production line
• Employ high standards of assembly work to ensure high quality products are being produced on schedule
• Follow standard operating procedures and schedules to meet daily demands
• Perform in-process inspection to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Maintain organized and safe work environment
• Follow instructions and respond to management direction
• Adhere to company and production department’s policies and procedures
• Perform other assembly line duties, as directed by supervisor
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Perform a full range of tasks and correspondence as needed

Qualifications:
• High school graduated preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in Production Assembly Line
• Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Solid communications skills both verbal and written
