HEAD OF US & GLOBAL MARKET
1/ Job description
• Crafting strategies for all Revenue teams of a Market (VN/ China/ US), including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success;
• Achieve and maximize revenue in the country by identifying, developing and closing potential opportunities;
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Revenue department
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals;
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies;
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels;
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas;
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans;
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features);
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness;
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
2/ Requirement
• At least 5 years of experience working in of E-Commerce/Finance/Product field;
• Proven experience in working with larger teams and keeping them motivated;
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization;
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Salary
