Customer Experience Associate reports to Customer Experience Supervisor and will work directly with our internal and external, domestic and international customers consisting of medical professionals, patients, laboratory personnel, channel partners, supply chain personnel, and sales by obtaining and processing all required information to process patient genetic testing samples, reports, and billing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deals directly with internal and external customers via telephone and electronic channels to obtain missing information needed for processing of submitted test samples based on assigned region.
Necessary information includes:
• Patient contact and health information
• Physician and Clinic information
• Billing information or medical insurance information
• Requested tests to be processed
• Supports Sales team processing the following account requests
• Account Set Up forms
• Placing kit orders
• Processing orders for pre-filled requisitions
• Tracking International orders
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints regarding missing and delayed test samples and results reports
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Perform customer verifications
• Direct or escalate requests and unresolvable issues as needed
• Manage customers' accounts, document all customer interactions, communications, actions taken, and follow ups
• Familiarity with all genetic tests involved, including samples needed, TAT to results, all required patient health information, proper completion of request forms, and required waivers.
• Set appointments for genetic counseling and mobile phlebotomy
• Assists with mentoring and training new employees
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
• Must maintain updated status on training requirements.
• Employee must pass post offer criminal background check.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Two- or Four-year undergraduate degree or certification preferred
• At least 2 years prior customer service experience
• Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to analyze, escalate, or resolve customer questions within established protocols
• Must be adaptable and show perseverance through regular change

Position Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 0400AM-1200PM
6-8 hours a day and with the possibility of Overtime.
Starting Pay: $19.00 or more hourly rate (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicle/or own
Inspect vehicle before and after each trip
Good Attendance and Adherence to work schedule
Adhering to assigned routes, on-demand, and following tight schedules
Operate mobile device/iPad to input delivery information
Properly document pickup and delivery information
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Provide friendly customer service
Review Orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are accurate for customer satisfaction
Drive the San Francisco Bay Area 100+ or more miles per day for pick ups and deliveries

Physical Requirements

Must be able to frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 50+ pounds, constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product, retrieve and deliver items to clients in a safe and timely manner
Frequent standing, walking and sitting
Safely operate a personal vehicle (Extended periods of driving)
Operate mobile device/iPad to input delivery information
Qualifications:

Previous experience in delivery driving or other related fields preferred but not required

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for assembling high quality medical devices while minimizing scrap.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product.
- Some visual inspections will require near-field corrected vision requirements as defined below.
- Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, test fixtures or other process equipment.
- Participate in line meetings as needed.
- Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain clean room integrity by using proper attire and adherence to clean room environment practices and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor (e.g. timecards), and special projects.
- Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, QSR, and FDA regulations.
- Proficient in basic assembly procedures.
- Cross-trained in two or more process steps.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-High School diploma.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years prior assembly experience.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small plastic and metal components in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Reporting Team members review test reports for accuracy of patient demographics, clinic information, and regulatory compliance in case-files as needed. Duties performed include aspects of a data entry position as well as a customer service agent.

Responsibilities

- Create new orders on Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS)
- Ensure that the information in the system is up to date and accurate
- Verify that the correct specimens are received for each test type
- Enter all specimens into LIMS
- Work with broader Operations Team to resolve any sample or paper trail discrepancies
- Maintain sample integrity
- Scan documentation and enter in LIMS
- Add new material to file records and create new records as necessary
- Eliminate outdated records by sending the records to be scanned
- Obtain scanned records and upload into the database
- Participates in the updating of departmental standard operating procedures and database to accurately reflect the current practices
- Performs other tasks as specified by the manager/director
- Perform safe and proper handling of sample tubes - blood, buccal, and tissue samples
- Comply with HIPAA, BioSafety, and quality standard procedures
- Keep personal station clean and organized
- Schedule is Tues through Saturday

Qualifications:

- Previous data entry or file clerk experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Previous computer experience is required – Excel, Word.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexible to schedule changes such as possible split weekends
