📌Education, Experience, and Training Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex hardware issues using diagnostic equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test tools. Proficiency with electrical and electronic design tools, including CAD software, schematic capture systems, and PCB layout applications. Familiarity with testing methods such as functional testing, boundary scan, and in-circuit testing (ICT) is required. Working knowledge of server hardware technologies, including Intel and AMD multi-core processors, DDR3/DDR4 memory, NAND flash, and PCA/PCBA design. Familiarity with industry-standard interfaces and protocols such as PCIe, SAS, SCSI, SATA, Fibre Channel, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NVMe, and SSD technologies is preferred. Self-motivated and results-driven team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Solid understanding of the complete hardware and software product development lifecycle, from design through validation and production release. Experience supporting hardware, firmware, and software development/testing methodologies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
📌Knowledge & Skills Proficient in programming languages such as C #, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and other scripting or software development tools. Familiar with operating systems including Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu, Linux, and Tiny Linux environments. Strong experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits, performing root cause analysis at both PCBA and system levels for customer-returned devices. Highly skilled in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and PCB layouts to diagnose marginal or intermittent failures. Hands-on experience using electronic test and measurement equipment including function generators, digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and adjustable power supplies. Knowledgeable in RMA processes, failure tracking, and data collection/analysis for continuous improvement. Proven ability to develop, maintain, and improve troubleshooting procedures, repair methods, and diagnostic solutions within assigned areas of responsibility.
