We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineering Associate (Entry-Level)
Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to launch your career in manufacturing? We're seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Associate to join our team in San Jose/Milpitas, CA.

In this role, you'll:
✔ Develop and improve manufacturing work instructions and SOPs
✔ Support process improvement and troubleshooting projects
✔ Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
✔ Analyze workflows and help drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

📌Education, Experience, and Training Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex hardware issues using diagnostic equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test tools. Proficiency with electrical and electronic design tools, including CAD software, schematic capture systems, and PCB layout applications.
