📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Investigate customer returns, field failures, and manufacturing escalations involving hardware issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis of hardware failures down to the component level.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware at both PCBA and system levels.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Materials, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred/required for the underlying posting.
• Strong experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and PCB layouts.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, and adjustable power supplies.
• Experience with PCBA/PCA, RMA, and service manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Linux commands and IPMI tools is a plus.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as C #, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar operating systems.
