The easiest way to be successful in a job interview is to prepare. Here's a simple pre-interview checklist to get you started:

✅ Review the company website — the about page, media section, and info about their products/services.

✅ Look at the content they post on their page, but also look at what other people post on the page. Can you identify any potential problems that need solving?

✅ Review the company's blog for greater insight.

✅ Does the company have a Youtube channel?

✅ Search “Companies” on LinkedIn. Does the Company Have a Profile on LinkedIn?

Look for existing connections affiliated with the company. You can also see 2nd and 3rd-degree contacts.

Check their profiles for information on the employee’s background.

The “Insights” tab will give you information about the company’s employees.

On their LinkedIn page, click the “Follow” button, and information about the company will be included in your feed.

✅ Research your interviewer on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
