Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a competitive drive with an innate desire to succeed. He or she will also have the desire and business acumen to understand the fundamentals of the commercial equipment finance industry. This candidate must have a demonstrated ability to think strategically while simultaneously doing the activities to engage financial decision makers, typically CEO, President, CFO, VP of Finance and Controllers.
This is a high volume, high reward position, with average transaction sizes over $1,500,000 and a realistic first year six figure income potential.
Key Duties:
· Daily B2B prospecting (phone and email) for new accounts (Outlook) in a professional and friendly manner
· Establish and grow relationships with customers with a high level of integrity
· Territory database development (SalesForce)
· Ability to close transactions and meet individual quarterly sales goals (upon completion of in house training program)
· Identifying and qualifying financial transactions
· Working with management to analyze, price and structure transactions
· Basic understanding of Private Equity and Private Equity owned companies
Career Path:
· Financial and risk analysis of major corporate accounts
· Structuring, pricing and negotiating finance and loan packages
· Major account development within regional and national territory
· Basic documentation and underwriting review
· Develop skills to work on middle to large ticket, complex transactions and manage from proposal phase to successful funding phase
· Travel and visit high priority accounts
· Path to Sr. Account Manager to develop skills and manage team of Account Managers at the Vice President Level

The Staff Accountant is responsible for handling the accounting functions of the company. These functions include journal entries, account analysis and reconciliations, month-end financial statements and other reporting. The Staff Accountant will work closely with Tax Accountants to ensure all tax requirements are met and maximum tax benefits are realized.

The right individual will be a self-starter with attention to detail, as well as understanding the needs of a growing business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Lead and must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare and post general entries and month-end closing journal entries for assigned client list.
Prepare account analyses and month-end reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
Prepare other supporting schedules, including but not limited to, cash flow support, A/R reports, A/P reports, variance analysis, etc.
Maintain the fixed asset and associated depreciation schedules; ensuring proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
Prepare all required financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows
Process payroll and contractors payments for assigned clients
Process time sheets and bill accordingly to various clients
Perform A/R and A/P duties
Work within the workflow to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely
Ensure proper taxation of employer paid benefits for clients that offer such to their employees
Working knowledge of quarterly and annual payroll fillings
Conduct verbal and written correspondence with assigned client base.
Ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned.

They are looking to bring on a mid-level HR Generalist (start out as an individual contributor) who is interested in building and managing an HR team of their own under the general supervision of the COO/CEO. You will be fundamental in laying the groundwork for the HR team and instrumental in hiring those working on your team.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist will provide support to the HR department and its' various functions including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, corporate office administration, training, and development. We are seeking someone that aligns with our client's company culture and values being a part of an innovative and progressive organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to enable the achievement of short and long-term business objectives.
Responsible for full payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate weekly processing using Time-Logix and Heartland.
Handle benefits administration to include assisting employees with the completion of enrollment in benefit plans, accessing services/benefits as well as administering annual open enrollment and employee benefit education programs.
Source, screen and recruit for new openings and develop/revise job descriptions to be posted on the job boards
Maintain and file electronic and paper personnel records, update Human Resources Information systems (HRIS) and other HR records.
Process new hires and terminations while maintaining confidentiality of employee records (including COBRA related notifications)
Coordinate employee on-boarding, orientation and provides appropriate training programs
Review performance on a regular basis using metrics such as productivity, turnover etc.
Coordinate with risk management personnel to administer workers' compensation benefits and claims review process. Work with an insurance broker to ensure company policies are cost-effective and appropriate
Assist with investigating employee relations and help conduct exit interviews
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Human Resources
Experience using an HRIS system like ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment (i.e., discrimination and harassment, wage and hours, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
