We're the Andersons family! My wife (an obstetrician) and I (a clinical psychologist) are both full-time professionals and proud parents of three adults. At this point in our professional careers, we desperately need some help keeping up with our Luxury home activities as we are both fully engaged and about the age of retirement.
We need you most if you're someone who can do a bit of everything; we are looking for a professional House Sitter able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guest that will become a critical factor in maintaining our reputation.
Our mini Van is free for you to use for your daily activities and self.
*About the hiring family*
Nestled in a quiet corner of (UNDISCLOSED) California, we like to sit back and relax when we're not working. We initially moved here for my wife's job, but now that we are here, we're never leaving!
On a typical day, I work from 10-4pm, while my wife works odd hours in the delivery room. We are liable to travel at intervals on our job.

* Outright payment is $40/hr + flexible work hours, full insurance reimbursement, including dental and vision.
* 2 weeks paid time off plus holidays (we want you to have the time to enjoy spending with your own family!)
* Mileage reimbursement
* Small on-property apartment available free of charge, if desired
* Overtime pay (1.5x)
* We always buy more than we need, so please help yourself to anything in the fridge
* We take frequent weekend trips to our lake-house; if you choose to join us there, we provide 1.5x pay and the work is pretty straightforward (primarily helping with little duties and preparing easy meals)
