Thank you to everyone who joined our ConTech Executive Round Table yesterday, the conversation was exactly what we hoped for

A few things we talked about:

-Energy infrastructure limits manufacturing growth more than capital does, and fixing it takes a plan at board or government level
-Data centers are reshaping site selection, since they strain the grid and also pay for upgrades that make bigger projects possible
-AI works best when it starts in the back office, with a human controlling function on top
Training people is the hardest part of AI, because juniors need to learn to spot when it is wrong
-Public incentives are shifting, and large investments that need fewer people can now qualify too
