📈 California Minimum Wage Changes Take Effect July 1, 2026 📈

July 1 is an important date for California employers. While the statewide minimum wage remains unchanged, many California cities and counties are implementing local minimum wage increases that may impact your workforce.

Now is a good time to:

✔️ Review employee pay rates
✔️ Confirm compliance with local wage ordinances
✔️ Update payroll systems and procedures
✔️ Ensure required workplace postings are current

On July 1, multiple cities and counties will implement their local minimum wage rate increases.
