Position: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary – Leave of Absence Coverage
Location: Murrieta, CA | In Person
ManpowerWest is seeking an experienced Recruiting Assistant to support our Murrieta team. This is a fast-paced recruiting role focused on connecting qualified candidates with opportunities while providing excellent service to both candidates and clients.
What You’ll Do
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for Light Industrial, Administrative/Clerical, and Skilled Technical positions.
Post jobs and recruit through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, databases, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Manage multiple job orders and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and identify qualified talent.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive recruiting experience.
Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach.
Support the Market Manager and recruiting team with day-to-day staffing needs.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of recruiting/staffing experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for Light Industrial, Administrative, Clerical, or Skilled Technical positions.
Experience with job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Fieldglass experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
