A friendly reminder to folks: stop using AI in your labor-management matters.

Don't use it to draft collective bargaining proposals.

Don't use it to cost out proposals (ours or theirs).

Don't use it to draft grievances or Board charges.

Don't use it to generate graphics for your union.

Just. Don't. Use. It.

The outputs are unreliable. You are dulling your own skills and abilities. And you are killing jobs (not to mention the environment).
