Mr. Diamond, founding partner, represents injured workers in all aspects of of their workers’ compensation claim. He personally handles all aspects of all his cases from intake to settlement. Mr. Diamond is dedicated to ensuring quality representation so all clients receive the benefits they are entitled.

Experienced in both sides of workers compensation Mr. Diamond has a very strong and unique understanding of the workers’ compensation benefits system and laws.

Mr. Diamond received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. During his time in law school, he received an Achievement Award – Constitutional Law II, made the Dean’s List in spring 2011 and fall 2011, and was a finalist in the Gafford Oral Argument Competition in 2010. He also attended Consortium for Innovative Legal Education – Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic and worked with the Community Law Project. He received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University.
