Our client is seeking an experienced CAD Drafters for their MACRO wireless telecom projects with a minimum of 2-3 years of telecom drafting experience. Must be proficient in AutoCAD with a knowledge of wireless, macros, mods, new site builds, basic construction, electrical and architectural standards preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare zoning and construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with multiple layer standards and multiple scales with annotative objects within the same drawing
• Macro/New Site Build or Mods experience preferred
• Ability to read architectural blueprints, understand and interpret construction drawings.
• Layout and plan using computer-assisted (CAD) equipment, redesign/modify as necessary
• Work closely with various internal departments, must be a team player and have good attention to detail in order to successfully complete projects
• Revise drawings per redlines received by site development team.
• Prioritize and handle multiple drafting projects from start to finish.
• If required, may attend field visits to gather equipment information, photographs and produce a detailed site sketch.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and complete background screening. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience drafting (wireless telecommunications industry preferred) with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD. Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work with little supervision in a fast-paced work environment.
