Ready to take the lead on Building Automation System projects? Crown Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity!

💰 Pay: $28–$40/hour
📋 Job Type: Direct Hire
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
⏰ Overtime may be required

This role is ideal for an experienced controls professional who can take BAS projects from installation and startup through commissioning and closeout.

What You’ll Do:
- Install, configure, start up, and commission Carrier i-Vu BAS systems
- Develop and troubleshoot control logic and sequences of operation
- Integrate controls with AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, and more
- Work with BACnet/IP, MS/TP, and third-party system integrations
- Perform point-to-point verification, sensor calibration, and functional testing
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, electricians, and other trades
- Maintain accurate field documentation and support project closeout
- Assist with owner demonstrations, training, and post-startup adjustments

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of BAS controls installation, startup, and commissioning experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies
- Ability to read control drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation
- BAS hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
- Carrier i-Vu experience strongly preferred — equivalent BAS platform experience considered
- Technical certifications or manufacturer training are a plus
