Position Details
Position: Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Location: Austin & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
The Licensed Journeyman Electrician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial construction projects. Candidates must be able to work independently from blueprints while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Install conduit (EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC Cable)

Pull wire and terminate electrical equipment

Install panels, switchgear, transformers, and lighting systems

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

Perform rough-in and finish electrical work

Install branch circuits and feeders

Troubleshoot electrical systems as needed

Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes

Maintain OSHA safety standards on the jobsite

Requirements
Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

5+ years of commercial electrical experience

Ability to read blueprints independently
