CNC Operator / Channel Letter Bender (Sign Fabrication)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Channel Letter Bender to support the fabrication of custom commercial signage, including illuminated channel letters, LED signs, cabinet signs, and storefront branding displays.

This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment and automated channel letter bending machines to produce precise aluminum and metal letterforms used in high-visibility signage for retail, commercial, and national brand customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines and channel letter bending equipment to fabricate aluminum letter returns and sign components
• Set up, calibrate, and run automated bending programs based on shop drawings and production files
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, CAD drawings, and layout specifications
• Cut, shape, and form aluminum and other metals for channel letter assemblies
• Ensure accurate dimensions, tight tolerances, and consistent production quality
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure production accuracy
• Maintain efficient workflow to meet production deadlines and production schedules
• Inspect finished components for quality, alignment, and finish consistency
• Follow all safety procedures in a fabrication shop environment

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in CNC operation, metal fabrication, or sign manufacturing
