Elsa brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across staffing, manufacturing operations, human resources, and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has led recruiting teams, managed large contingent workforces, strengthened client and employee relationships, and helped organizations improve their operations.

With her passion for developing people, commitment to exceptional customer service, and extensive staffing and manufacturing experience, Elsa will be a great addition to our South San Antonio team.

As the summer comes to a close, we are celebrating our Marketing Intern, Payton, and the completion of her internship with Integrated Human Capital and the Santana Group corporate team!

Throughout her internship, Payton gained hands-on experience in marketing, social media, content creation, research, and analytics, while also bringing her own ideas and perspective to projects along the way.

We were excited to join SA WORX for its Internship Celebration, recognizing Payton and the many talented students across the San Antonio area who spent their summer gaining real-world experience and building skills for their future careers.
