This position requires knowledge and experience in Quick Books and Reconciliation. Schedule would be four to five hours per day (Monday - Friday) with a start time of 9AM. Once training is complete and the selected candidate can work independently with little to no guidance, hours will become more full time.

As a Forklift Driver your primary duties would be to load, unload, and properly stack/store pallets filled with empty plastic or glass containers at a very fast pace. The Bilingual Community Property Assistant will be responsible for extensively interacting with residents, providers, visitors, and guests. Property Assistant will be required to wear proper PPE at all times, greet visitors and residents, ensure that the body temperature of each individual attempting to enter the property is being read and recorded at all times with a non-contact device, be able to properly communicate in English or Spanish when someone is not allowed to enter the property based on body temperature results, accurately track all visitor information, periodically clean and sanitize visitor areas, and properly dispose of supplies that have been used. Property Assistant may be asked to complete other duties by Property Manager.
*Due to the high level of resident and visitor interaction, a premium pay rate is being offered for a limited time and will be discussed during the initial interview*
