Reliable Staffing is seeking qualified EXPERIENCED applicants to fill the position of an OB/GYN, M.D. to start immediately for one of our clients in San Antonio, Texas.
OB/GYN, M.D. - Provides quality, comprehensive in-patient and/or out-patient (as per individual employment agreements) primary health care services to the patients. Reports directly to the Director of OB/GYN regarding clinical issues and activities related to the delivery of medical care.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician’s panel, on an in-patient and/or out-patient basis (as per individual employment agreements); prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assess medical conditions.
✅ Maintains the electronic medical record for each patient seen in accordance with the established Health Information Management policies and procedures to include providing appropriate documentation. Completes thorough documentation of each patient’s visit in the electronic health record and ensures encounters are closed within 24 hours in accordance with the established Health Information Management policies and procedures.
Requirements include:
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited Medical School
• Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Texas
• Annual continuing medical education as required by Board specialty
• Must be registered and have current DEA and other such certificates to legally operate as a physician in the State of Texas
